On 21 November 2014, Vingroup Joint Stock Company (“Vingroup”) received the 55^th amendment to the Enterprise Registration Certificate issued by the Business Registration Office No. 1 of the Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi dated 18 November 2014 confirming the increase of the Charter Capital of Vingroup to VND14,545,550,980,000.
