· Par value: VND10,000/share.

·Number of additional shares to be listed: 3,268,974 (in words: Three million two hundred sixty eight thousand nine hundred seventy four) shares.

These additional shares were issued by Vingroup as a result of the conversion of International Bonds into shares.

· Total value of the additional listed shares: VND32,689,740,000 (in words: Thirty two billion six hundred eighty nine million and seven hundred forty thousand dongs)
