DISCLOSURE REGARDING AMENDMENTS TO THE

ENTERPRISE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE

On 26 May 2015, Vingroup Joint Stock Company (“Vingroup”) received the 56^th amendment to the Enterprise Registration Certificate issued by the Business Registration Office No. 1 of the Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi dated 21 May 2015 confirming the following changes:

- New abbreviated company name: VINGROUP

- Additional registered business lines:

· Management Consultancy Services;

· Head Office Operations;

· Uncategorized activities supporting financial services: Fee- and contract-based trust and monitoring services;

· General support services

- Increase of the Charter Capital of Vingroup to VND14,587,886,850,000 as a result of the issuance of additional shares for the conversion of International Bonds into shares.
