 DISCLOSURE REGARDING AMENDMENTS TO THE

ENTERPRISE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE

On 27 July 2015, Vingroup Joint Stock Company (“Vingroup”) received the 57^th amendment to the Enterprise Registration Certificate issued by the Business Registration Office No. 1 of the Department of Planning and Investment of Hanoi dated 20 July 2015 confirming the following changes:

-    Increase of the Charter Capital of Vingroup to VND18,415,574,490,000 as a result of the issuance of additional shares for the distribution of stock dividends and the conversion of International Bonds into shares.
