(Re: Disclosure regarding the transfer of capital contribution of Anh Sao Real Estate Limited Liability Company)

Article 1: Transfer of capital contribution of Anh Sao Real Estate Limited Liability Company

Upon the completion of the transfer of the above-mentioned capital contribution, Vingroup will no longer own the Charter capital of Anh Sao Real Estate Limited Liability.

Article 2:         Effective date

This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing. The Heads of related departments shall be responsible for the implementation of this Decision.
