RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF MANAGEMENT

(Re: Disclosure regarding the dissolution of a number of subsidiaries)
Article 1: To dissolve Vingroup’s following subsidiaries:
1. HA THANH REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT AND URBAN INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LIMITED
- Business Registration Certificate No.: 0106369037 issued by the Business Registration Office No. 1 of the Hanoi Authority for Planning and Investment on 19 November 2013
- Headquarters: No. 7, Bang Lang 1 Street, Vincom Village Ecology Urban Area, Viet Hung Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi.
2. VINLANDSCAPE DESIGN CONSTRUCTION AND LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY
- Business Registration Certificate No.: 0106404605 issued by the Business Registration Office No. 1 of the Hanoi Authority for Planning and Investment on 27 December 2013
- Headquarters: No. 7, Bang Lang 1 Street, Vinhomes Riverside Ecology Urban Area, Viet Hung Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi.
3. VME MARKETING LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY
- Business Registration Certificate No.: 0106767711 issued by the Business Registration Office No. 1 of the Hanoi Authority for Planning and Investment on 2 February 2015
- Headquarters: No. 7, Bang Lang 1 Street, Vinhomes Riverside Ecology Urban Area, Viet Hung Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi.
4. VINCOM 6 CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY
- Business Registration Certificate No.: 0106793052 issued by the Business Registration Office No. 1 of the Hanoi Authority for Planning and Investment on 17 March 2015
- Headquarters: No. 7, Bang Lang 1 Street, Vinhomes Riverside Ecology Urban Area, Viet Hung Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi.
Reason for the dissolution: It is unnecessary to maintain the operations of these companies.
Article 2: Implementation authority
The Executive Committee of these companies shall be responsible for completion all procedures for dissolution of enterprises according to regulations of the Law.
Article 3: Effective date
This Resolution takes effect from the date of signing
The Executive Committee and related departments shall be responsible for implementation of this Resolution.
