DISCLOSURE REGARDING AMENDMENT TO THE

ENTERPRISE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE

On 7 November 2016, Vingroup Joint Stock Company (“Vingroup”) received the 62^nd amendment to the Enterprise Registration Certificate issued by the Business Registration Office No. 1 of the Hanoi Authority for Planning and Investment dated 1 November 2016 confirming the following change:

-          Increase of the Charter Capital of Vingroup to VND26,377,079,540,000 as a result of the issuance of shares to increase charter capital from the capital surplus .
